Flow Traders CEO Mike Kuehnel to Step Down in 2025 After Transition Period

Flow Traders Ltd. announced CEO Mike Kuehnel will not seek re-election for another full term at the 2025 Annual General Meeting. Kuehnel will depart at the end of August 2025 to pursue new opportunities, marking the end of his tenure at the prominent trading firm.

The board has arranged a phased transition, with Kuehnel agreeing to serve through August 31, 2025 following his re-election at the June 13 AGM. A search for his successor is underway as the firm prepares for leadership changes.

Marc Jansen, currently on the Management Board of Flow Traders B.V., will be nominated as Executive Director. Jansen’s extensive experience in expanding the firm’s trading operations positions him as a key figure in the transition.
